🔍 We Review
Our team reviews incoming requests daily. Technical issues are assigned to the engineering team. Privacy requests are handled separately by our DPO.
💬 You Get a Response
We will email you back with either a solution, a workaround, or an estimate of when the fix will be available.
✅ Resolution & Follow-Up
For complex bugs, we will notify you when the fix ships in a new app version. We track all open issues until they are resolved.
